When Good Neighbours Become Good Friends

View on Zencastr

This week the brothers Woodward find a more upbeat and 'danceable' selection of tunes from their mountain of old four-track recordings. The question is, will the good vibes evaporate when Steve calls Giles' keyboard part 'moronic'?

Also including:
  • Johnny Miller's bass technique
  • More predictions of the future
  • Excessive drum talk
  • Four-track maximalism
  • Blessington Carriage field recording
  • An open invitation to Jonathan Richman
Also - EXCITING NEWS! Our first newly recorded track in almost 20 years is featured on the Artists Against Success compilation 'All Goals Achieved' which is released on 31st July!

You can download it via Bandcamp and it's on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple etc) too. Featuring 25 songs, most of which are exclusive to the compilation, with every band that AAS has ever worked with represented. Including The Cuban Boys, White Town, The Fighting Cocks, Rodney Cromwell and several versions of MJ Hibbett as well as us.
